Starke 6 Parrot

Stärke 6 translates to “strength 6” and refers to a it being of a slightly heavier and sturdier weight/quality than the normal Zauberball.

Two ply, each dyed separately then twisted to give a unique marled effect.

Zauberball Starke 6 works up between a DK and a sport weight – perfect for gloves, mittens, winter socks, scarves, wraps, shawls, or garments.

75% Superwash Wool and 25% biodegradable Nylon.

Whereas other synthetic fibers persist in the environment for decades before they degrade completely, natural composting processes decompose the biodegradable polyamide fiber in these Zauberballs in around five years. As with other natural fibers, the degradation process does not occur in daily use.
