Rose (Dk version)

Rose is the creation of Morgan, talented indie yarn dyer, sculpter of clay things, and designer of cute crochet critters.

Rose is a beautiful cat, with the most gorgeous knobbly knees, detailing on paw pads and wearing the sweetest little dress. Along with the yarn to create Rose, are safety eyes, a bespoke printed cotton bag and the best part – a 2 hour session with Morgan on zoom for tips and tricks when creating your Rose.

We could not stick to just one type or colour of Rose, so she is available in three different body bases – double knit cotton acrylic blend, a sock weight or 4 ply cotton acrylic blend and a 4 ply mercerized 100% cotton. The sock weight blend will include a Be Inspired Floofie to hold double with the cotton blend yarn, to create a beautifully soft and slightly fluffy Rose.

The pattern includes instructions on hook size, and how to adjust for different yarns.

Yarns included in the Double Knit kits are:

2 x 50 grams Durable Cosy Fine double knit

1 x 50 gram Cosy Fine Faded double knit

1 x 25 gram Scheepjes Catona cotton

1 x 10 gram Scheepjes Catona cotton

Please note, the zoom class is set for Saturday 27th March, 10-12 noon and as it is a special guest teacher, I will not be recording it. It is an optional extra that we have added free of charge, the pattern included with the kit is however very detailed with photographs. I do recommend that you set time aside to join us on Zoom, as there will be a lot you can learn from Morgan. For copyright reasons, this session is only for those who buy a kit from Be Inspired, and again, it will NOT be recorded.

Double Knit Rose will need a size 3mm hook for her body, a 3,5mm for her dress
