cowgirlblues is a Cape Town-based dye house and design studio specialising in South African wool and mohair. Started by Bridget Henderson, who after an MBA at Insead, a stint at Luis Vuitton Moet Hennessy in Paris, and a successful career as a strategy consultant returned to Cape Town and took up knitting again, experimenting with texture, patterns and colour. Frustrated at not being able to find suitable wool locally, she decided to start spinning and dyeing her own, and so the cowgirlblues brand was born.

Kidsilk is 70% Kid Mohair and 30% Silk

50 grams = +- 450 metres

Needle/Hook: 1,5 – 2,5mm unless you want a very lacy effect then go for a bigger size needle/hook
